Baboucarr Khan
Chief Executive Officer

Baboucarr Khan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He has seven years experience as a practising accountant during which time he was Head of Audit at KPMG and four years experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Reliance, Baboucarr served as Head of Consumer Banking with Standard Chartered Bank ( Gambia ) Limited for three years.

Ismaila Faal
Chief Operating Officer      

Ismaila Faal was most recently the head of SME Banking at Standard Chartered Bank ( Gambia ) Limited.  He has nearly 15 years experience in the financial services industry and has worked both in The Gambia and the United Kingdom, where he worked with Norwich Union Insurance Plc.

Ismaila was part of the team that set up Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) in The Gambia, he held the role of Deputy Manager in GTB’s consumer banking division.
Ismaila is a graduate of London Metropolitan University.

Seedy is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK . He has a wide range of experience, from auditing to providing fiduciary advisory services to multilateral agency funded programs.
Seedy has significant experience auditing financial institutions and development related programs.
Prior to assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer, Seedy was the Head of the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) unit of Deloitte, The Gambia.

Assan O. Jallow
Head of Risk and Compliance

Assan worked as a Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank, Atlanta, Georgia for eight years and as a Statistical Reports Analyst for one year. During his tenure as a Bank Examiner, Assan audited banks to ensure that they were operating in accordance with sound banking principles and in compliance with U.S. central banking laws and regulations. Assan received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Morehouse College, Atlanta, Georgia in 1995 and a Master of Arts degree in Economics in 1997 and a Master of Science degree in Finance in 2001, both from Georgia State University .

Musa Touray 
Head of Technology and Operations

Musa Touray is a career banker who worked with Standard Chartered Bank Gambia Limited for 15 years. His experience ranges from Central Cash Manager, Credit Manager, Direct Banking/Shared Distribution Manager, Branch Manager, Treasury Dealer to Senior Manager, Consumer Banking Operations. From the end of 2003 to early 2006, he was seconded to Standard Chartered Bank Africa Office as Trainer implementing a Credit Delivery system across the SCB African operations.

Nacee Marenah
Executive Assistant

Nacee Marenah is the assistant to the Executive team. Her role involves managing Reliance projects, running the Business and Advisory Service and mobilizing deposits from the Public Sector. Prior to joining Reliance, Nacee worked as an IT headhunter for various Investment houses in the UK, she has a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Sussex.

Khaddy Jammeh
Branch Manager

Khaddy has a BSc in Economics from the University of The Gambia. She joined Reliance from Guaranty Trust Bank (Gambia) Ltd, where she was Head of a ten team strong Transaction Services Unit. Prior to working at GTB, Khaddy’s previous employment included working as a secondary school teacher and a Senior Education Officer.

Fatou Lowe
Human Resources Officer

Fatou Lowe holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration accredited by the Institute of Business Administrators in UK  and a Diploma in MIS. She has 7 years experience in customer service and 16 months experience in the banking industry, 10 of which as a Human Resources Officer with Guaranty Trust Bank (Gambia) Limited.
