The way banking services are delivered to Gambian customers changed forever on the 19th of April 2007, when Reliance deployed its first kiosk to Serrekunda market's old car park. The kiosk is an innovative way employed by Reliance to take banking services to its customers' business doorsteps. The Serrekunda market kiosk is the first in a network of such customer contact points to be set up by Reliance across the country.
Our Current Kiosk Locations:
- Serrekunda Kiosk - The Serrekunda kiosk is located behind the main market in the old car park. It provides deposit, withdrawal and account opening services for all customers and is staffed by trained Reliance staff with extensive product knowledge.
Banjul Albert Market - At the Centre of the tailoring section, Banjul City Council.
- Banjul Ferry Terminal - The main shopping area, Banjul City Council.
- Latrikunda Sabiji Market - Right at the entrance facing the Westfield to Brikama highway, Kanifing Municipal Council.
- Brikama Market - About 50 metres from the main entrance of the Kembujeh highway, Kombo Central, Western Division.
- Tanji Fishing Village - Right of the highway of the Kombo Coast Road, Kombo North, Western Division.
The kiosks opening times are:
Monday - Thursday from 9am to 5pm
Friday - 9am to 1.30pm
Saturday - 9am to 12pm
